Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga

This class is suitable for birthing people at any stage of pregnancy. Come join me on the mat and connect with your body and baby.

Classes are usually one hour of gentle yoga followed by fifteen minutes to discuss birth preparation and enjoy a cup of tea. Come practice breath work, relaxation techniques, and movement to relieve pregnancy related aches and pains while you build confidence in your innate ability to give birth.

Postnatal Yoga

This class is suitable for people six week postpartum who have experienced a vaginal birth, and eight weeks for those who have given birth by cesarean. Come join me for a soothing, nurturing class designed to help you come back into your body and move with awareness as you recover from childbirth. Specially designed Parent and Baby Postnatal classes integrate yoga with song, movement and interaction with your baby. It’s really fun!

All yoga classes can be accessed privately, or in a group setting.
